1. Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm services. Final payment must be made by the due date provided.
Prices are subject to availability and may change before full payment.
2. Inclusions
Your package includes international flights and accommodation only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change fees apply based on supplier policies. All changes must be submitted in writing.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier approval.
4. Travel Documents
Clients must have valid passports and obtain required visas.
The agency is not responsible for issues due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The agency is not liable for costs due to cancellations, delays, or health-related issues.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an agent and are not responsible for third-party service failures.
Complaints should be directed to the service provider involved.
7. Health & Entry
Clients must check destination-specific entry, vaccination, and health requirements.
The agency will not be liable for denied boarding or entry.
