Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of your trip, unless otherwise discussed or specified by us in writing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days before departure:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded, minus any unrecoverable supplier fees.
15–30 days before departure:
The 50% deposit will be forfeited. We will make every reasonable effort to recover costs from our suppliers for any additional payments made, but refunds are not guaranteed and depend on individual supplier policies.
Less than 15 days before departure:
No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows or Early Departures
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
Changes to Bookings
Date or itinerary changes may be accommodated, subject to availability and additional costs from suppliers.
Force Majeure
In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), refunds may be limited based on supplier policies.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Limitless Travel is not responsible for losses due to cancellations.
